1 · Operator

UUEBCAST is operated by url.ventures (Bottlelife LLC, a US LLC). All content, billing, and customer relationships are with url.ventures. No third-party content syndication, no ad networks, no retargeting pixels.

2 · What you're paying for

You are purchasing stream-only access to specific video content for a defined access window:

• Per-drop: 7-day window from purchase. Unlimited views during the window. After window ends, access expires.
• Subscription: 30-day rolling window. Continues until you cancel. Access ends when subscription ends.
• Founder lifetime: Lifetime access to entire catalog as long as UUEBCAST operates. Non-transferable.

You are not purchasing the underlying video files, distribution rights, redistribution rights, or any intellectual property. You are purchasing the right to view, during your window, on devices you control.

3 · Stream-only · No download

Video delivery is via Cloudflare Stream signed-URL playback. The technical architecture explicitly prevents direct file download, source-URL extraction, or right-click save. Attempts to circumvent these protections — including but not limited to:

• Screen recording for redistribution
• Network capture / packet inspection of the stream
• Reverse-engineering the signed-URL token
• Sharing your access token publicly or with non-purchasers

are violations of these terms and may result in immediate access termination without refund, plus civil action where applicable. Personal note-taking, brief quotation for journalism or commentary, and educational fair use are not violations.

4 · Access tokens

After purchase, you receive a unique access token tied to your purchase email. The token grants playback access during your purchase window. Treat it like a password:

• Don't share it
• Don't post it publicly
• Don't paste it into untrusted services

If your token is leaked, contact us via the form below and we'll revoke and re-issue. We log token use; sharing is detectable.

5 · Refunds

Per-drop purchases: full refund within 24 hours of purchase if you have not started playback. After playback begins or 24 hours pass, all sales final.

Subscriptions: cancel any time; no prorated refund for partial periods. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Founder lifetime: full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. After 14 days, all sales final.

6 · Content policy

All content published on UUEBCAST is screened before publication for:

• Personally Identifying Information (PII) of non-consenting third parties
• Anything illegal under US federal law
• Profanity / NDA-sensitive language (replaced with audio markers)

If you encounter content you believe violates this policy, report it via the form below. All reports are reviewed within 72 hours.

7 · Privacy

We collect only what's necessary to deliver the service: your email (for purchase confirmation and token delivery), your purchase records, and your playback access logs (used to detect token sharing). We do not run third-party analytics, ad pixels, or behavioral tracking.

Stripe handles payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data. We do not store credit card numbers.

Cloudflare delivers the streams and provides the protective network layer. Cloudflare's privacy policy applies to delivery data.

We do not sell, share, or rent your information to anyone. Period.

8 · Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which url.ventures (Bottlelife LLC) is registered. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration except where prohibited by law.

9 · Contact

All contact is via the form below. We do not publish a direct email address. Form submissions are reviewed within 48 hours.

10 · Updates to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes (pricing model, refund window, content policy) will be announced 14 days before they take effect, via the email address you registered with. Continued use of UUEBCAST after that 14-day window constitutes acceptance.
